HomeWatcherList is a directory and lead routing platform that connects homeowners with home watch service providers. We do not provide home watch services directly.

3. Account Registration

You may register as a homeowner or service provider. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Platform Limitations

HomeWatcherList is a directory service. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of services provided by listed businesses. We do not guarantee the accuracy of provider information.

5. Content & Reviews

Users are responsible for content they submit, including reviews. Reviews must be honest, based on genuine experiences, and not contain defamatory, abusive, or fraudulent content. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms.

6. Prohibited Activities

• Scraping or automated data collection
• Submitting false or misleading information
• Harassment of other users or providers
• Impersonating another person or business
• Using the platform for spam or unsolicited communications
• Attempting to bypass security measures

7. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and technology on HomeWatcherList is owned by or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

HomeWatcherList is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the State of California. You agree to waive your right to a jury trial and class action participation.
